Go M.A.D. Thinking has been certified by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, as having met rigorous social and environmental standards which represent our commitment to goals outside of shareholder profit – such as our overriding purpose to ‘improve your world through better thinking’.
The B Corp certification addresses the entirety of a business’ operations and covers five key impact areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. The certification process is rigorous, with applicants required to reach a benchmark score of over 80 (we achieved 105.7) while providing evidence of socially and environmentally responsible practices relating to energy use, best people practices, volunteering activity and corporate transparency.
To celebrate our Certification and further our purpose we are launching our Social Impact Leadership Scheme for next generation leaders who want to be the catalyst for a social impact or humanitarian project. We are reaching out to our clients from the past 25 years to nominate people who will be a catalyst for change. A total of 25 participants, each receiving £5,000 worth of training, development and coaching support will be awarded in the first quarter of 2023. The deadline for this first round is 28th February 2023 and nominations can be made here.
