12.30pm - 13.30pm (London Time)
Everything you need to know to help manage your team through change – 27 years packed into 45 minutes.
There is a little known secret to managing organisational change effectively.
The secret is simple; in order for change to be effective, people must first mentally adjust.
Too many organisations pay too much attention to the operational side of change and too little to the people side of change – wasting tons of time and money! Uncertainty and resistance to change are common.
If you want to manage your teams through successful change, you first need to help them mentally adjust. In this webinar, you’ll be introduced to practical exercises and strategies to help yourself and others effectively handle people’s reaction to organisational change – ensuring the change (whatever its size) is a success.

ABOUT
ANDY GILBERT
Andy Gilbert is the founder and Managing Director of Go M.A.D. Thinking. He has a passion for challenging leaders to solve problems, manage change, and transform results. Andy brings over 27 years of experience in executive coaching and organisational change.
He dedicates a significant part of his time to designing programmes on leadership, change, and transformation in both public and private sectors. In 1998, Andy initiated a 14-month research project aiming to identify the essential elements of “making a difference.” The 4,000 hours of research uncovered a systematic thinking approach rather than a standard process, leading to the creation of the Go M.A.D.® Results Framework. This framework, grounded in seven key principles for success, now forms the basis of Go M.A.D. Thinking’s change and transformation methodologies.
Andy is an author of more than 20 books, including ‘Go M.A.D. – The Art of Making a Difference,’ ‘Go M.A.D. about Coaching,’ and ‘How to Save Time & Money Through Managing Organisational Change Effectively.’ He has also delivered over 200 video and audio programmes covering leadership, personal development, and organisational change.
As an executive coach and facilitator, Andy collaborates with boards across various sectors, drawing on his cognitive research, coaching models, and extensive experience working with leaders in hundreds of organisations around the globe.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT GO M.A.D. THINKING
“We felt Go M.A.D. was going to be a two-year programme where we were going to fundamentally shift the whole culture within our organisation. The results are fantastic. We’ve seen a significant shift in the levels of customer satisfaction and the feedback we are getting is fantastic. We’ve seen a fundamental shift in our employee satisfaction levels and we are also seeing a significant improvement in our shareholders’ returns. The results for us are what matters and we are absolutely seeing that in our company. I don’t have any hesitation in giving my commendation and recommendation that people use Go M.A.D. Thinking.”
“I’ve enjoyed and benefited from many leadership development, coaching and management courses from being a Sales Manager to a Managing Director. But after 15 years, I keep coming back to the Go M.A.D. Results Framework. It’s got the lot. The framework, the methodology and the toolbox to help individuals focus on getting the results they want.”
“The Go M.A.D. Thinking methodology has been a part of our business for over 5 years. It has developed our culture, thinking and performance through providing a common language and practical set of tools that has enabled our people to make real measurable differences. It has encouraged cross functional working, a solution focused approach to the business and a very low staff turnover. The Go M.A.D. Thinking System is now applied to everything from our company vision and values to our day to day behaviours and has been instrumental in us winning several major industry awards.”
“The programmes have provoked people to think, ultimately helping us to drive growth plans. The change in mind set for some people has been quite radical and has even helped to improve people’s lives outside of work. This is the beauty of Go MAD; whilst it helps the business to deliver its objectives, the business also gives back something to its Employees with the tools and techniques learned.”
“We invited Andy Gilbert to be our team coach, conduct a Thinking Effectiveness Audit about the way we worked as a high performing HR Leadership team and then provide feedback and facilitation to improve our performance. Within a couple of sessions, we measurably improved our effectiveness, developed new ways of thinking and are now reaping the results in the way we work. This solution focused approach to thinking is robust, well researched, has great support materials and does what it says – it really helps people and teams Go Make A Difference!”
“We got the results we needed quicker and easier than I ever thought possible by involving 1500 people in developing and testing our 5 year membership strategy. The insights and depth of understanding our Board gained from this collaborative process was greater than we could ever have imagined.”
