Coaching

Executive 1:1 or leadership team coaching

Our simple definition of coaching is “one person asking high quality questions to help another person or a team with their thinking in order to move forwards.”

We have provided 1:1 executive coaching, leadership team coaching, performance coaching for high potential individuals and coaching skills development for managers for over 25 years. All our coaches have at least a decade of senior leadership experience, are personally trained and quality assured by Andy Gilbert, our Managing Director and developer of the Go M.A.D. Thinking methodology, who coaches globally at C-suite level.

The Coaching Package

Typically, after an initial coaching taster session to ensure the right fit, we agree an initial 6-12 hours coaching package. This might be spread over consecutive weeks/ months or on an adhoc basis when you require. It might include our Coaching Conversations Situational Judgement Test, a 3-way stakeholder conversation to agree development goals, an observed Meeting Effectiveness Audit with feedback, and access to a range of development tools.

Every person and situation is different. So please contact us to discuss the scope of your coaching needs.

"Fantastic! I have been in the call centre industry for 15 years and thought that I had seen pretty much every way of coaching and managing people. I have been shown a whole new way of doing things that will have a great benefit to what we do here. I came away with the tools to move my managers and teams onwards to greater levels. I have also found a way of getting the managers to find the answers from within themselves instead of just asking questions that they know the answers to."

– Paul Bradshaw, Customer Relations Operations Manager, Virgin Media

"I have worked with Andy Gilbert as my coach over the last couple of years since being appointed as Group CEO. He has helped me considerably, particularly in the planning of strategic sessions with our Board and Executive management. Whilst he provides a structured approach to thinking through plans and solutions to challenges, he also possesses a unique ability to stretch my thinking and help me to view things from alternative perspectives. I always find our sessions thought-provoking, reassuring and constructive."
