This framework, grounded in seven key principles for success, now forms the basis of Go M.A.D. Thinking’s change and transformation methodologies.

Andy is an author of more than 20 books, including ‘Go M.A.D. – The Art of Making a Difference,’ ‘Go M.A.D. about Coaching,’ and ‘How to Save Time & Money Through Managing Organisational Change Effectively.’ He has also delivered over 200 video and audio programmes covering leadership, personal development, and organisational change.
