Step 2: Complete Your Engage & Empower Online Pre-Learning

How long is the pre-learning?

The pre-learning will take you 4–6-hours to complete. The content has been designed to familiarise you with the Go M.A.D. Thinking framework and tools and is the knowledge base for your live workshops.

By when do I need to complete my pre-learning?

Please plan your time and prioritise to have this completed prior to your 1st Live workshop (see Step 3 table).

How do I start my pre-learning?

Digital Course

If you have chosen the online digital course ‘Engage & Empower’, please follow the below instructions:

  • The course is accessed through your Internet browser so please ensure you are using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Visit the course page HERE
  • Login using your email address and the password sent to you by Jade Blocksidge.
  • You will now have full access to the Engage & Empower online pre-learning programme.

Mobile App

If you have chosen the mobile app ‘ThinkOn®’, please follow the below instructions:

Download the ThinkOn® app. To unlock your transformative journey, start by downloading the ThinkOn® app from either the App Store or Google Play. Whether you are using an iPhone, Android, or any other mobile device, the app is fully accessible for everyone.

Click the relevant button below to get instant access:

        

Login to Your ThinkOn® Account. Upon downloading the ThinkOn® app, tap ‘Sign Up’ and use your work email and create a secure password. From there, follow the on-screen instructions.

When prompted to enter the ‘organisation access code’, use the following unique code: (EEAP11)

Please ensure you complete the ‘Change’ modules first, by clicking on the ‘Change’ tab within the ‘Learn’ section of the app.

Pre-learning helpful planning and prioritisation questions:

  • How could you possibly plan in time to complete your pre-learning before your first live workshop?
  • How often will you monitor progress?
  • How will you celebrate your pre-learning achievement?

Step 3: What is included in your 2-Month Engage & Empower Programme

Through this training, you will discover practical tools and techniques to deal with every day and unexpected challenges and receive 9 weeks of adaptive support to help you in managing your teams through change whilst it happens.

4-6 hours of pre-learning

Focusing on the essential knowledge and skills required by leaders during times of change.

A 4-hour online facilitated workshop

Build on your online pre-learning. This includes practicing and applying the tools and techniques, initially for yourself and then for people in your team.

2 x 1.5 hour fortnightly virtually facilitated workshops.

In advance of each workshop, you will be asked to share information about “what’s hot/new and what’s on your mind”. Each workshop is then designed and facilitated through a series of interactive exercises to meet the needs of each group, with individual action planning to support your team through change for the next 30 days.

What else is included?

As part of the programme, you will receive Go M.A.D. Thinking’s book “How to Save Time and Money by Managing Organisational Change Effectively”, your programme workbook plus, Go M.A.D. Thinking’s Coaching Toolkit (which includes coaching cards and video learning modules).

How do I collect my materials?

Please refer to the email sent by your HR team.

Your live programme workshops:

Programmes will be delivered through Microsoft Teams, you will receive calendar invites from Go M.A.D. Thinking, please accept your invite once received.
