Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   
   • Open to attendees of Stockport ACP Event
   • Participants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Go M.A.D. Thinking and their immediate families are not eligible to
     enter.
2. Entry:
   
   • To enter, complete the online form at www.gomadthking.com/events/win-thinking-bigger-better-bolder-workshop/
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
   • Entries must be received by 4pm on Friday 14th March 2025
3. Prize:
   
   • The prize is one free place on the Go M.A.D. Thinking Bigger, Better, Bolder
     one-day workshop.
   • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
4. Draw Date:
   
   • The prize draw will take place on Monday 17th March.
   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification:
   
   • The winner will be announced on Monday 17th March.
   • The winner will be notified via email or phone.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
6. Workshop Details:
   
   • The workshop will take place at Go M.A.D. Thinking, Pocket Gate Farm, Off Breakback Road, 
   • Woodhouse Eaves, LE12 8RS.
   • The winner is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
7. Publicity:
   
   • By entering, participants agree to have their name and photograph used in
     promotional material if they win.
8. Data Protection and Marketing:
   
   • Personal data provided during entry will be used for the purposes of the prize
     draw and in accordance with our privacy policy.
   • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Go
     M.A.D. Thinking. Participants can opt-out at any time by contacting team@gomadthinking.com or using
     the unsubscribe link in the communications.
9. General:
   
   • Go M.A.D. Thinking reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and
     these terms and conditions without notice.
   • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Go M.A.D. Thinking is final.
