The day starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm (we’ll provide lunch and refreshments).

- Refresher of how to apply the three Go M.A.D. Thinking frameworks.
- Discover how to mange the people side of change more easily to save time and money.
- Learn how to design “Engage & Empower” programmes to enable managers to support their teams through change.
- Accelerate performance and productivity through 60 and 90-day improvement challenges.
- Explore new leadership tools to develop high-performing teams.
- Practice using the latest range of Go M.A.D. learning materials, including coaching cards/apps and diagnostic insight tools.
The day will be highly participative, ensuring an engaging and practical experience.
