Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to all registered ALFED member organisations.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Go M.A.D. Thinking and their immediate families are not eligible to
  enter.

Entry:

• To enter, complete the online ALFED/Go M.A.D. business survey.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entries must be received by 4pm on Thursday 29th May 2025

Prizes:

• FREE introduction of the proven Go M.A.D. methodology (for up to 10 individuals) and application to a chosen business issue (worth £15,000)
• Two free places on the Go M.A.D. flagship 4-day programme “Solution-Focused Thinking (worth £6,000)
• Three months access to the Go M.A.D. Catalyst app for three team leaders and up to 10 team members (worth £4,500)
• Two free places on the Go M.A.D. 1-day programme “Thinking Bigger Better Bolder” (worth £1,500)

Draw Date:

• The prize draw will take place on Friday 30th May 2025
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be announced on Monday 2nd June 2025
• Winners will be notified via email or phone.
• If winners cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Programme Details:

• Programmes (4-days and 1-day programmes) will take place at Go M.A.D. Thinking, Pocket Gate Farm, Off Breakback Road, Woodhouse Eaves, LE12 8RS.
• The winner is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree to have their name and photograph used in promotional material should they win.

Data Protection and Marketing:

• Personal data provided during entry will be used for the purposes of the prize draw and in accordance with our privacy policy.
• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Go M.A.D. Thinking. Participants can opt-out at any time by contacting team@gomadthinking.com or using the unsubscribe link in the communications.

General:

• Go M.A.D. Thinking reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Go M.A.D. Thinking is final.
