We’re fortunate enough to be located in the heart of the beautiful Charnwood Forest (just outside Loughborough). Our stunning 5-acres of parkland, boasts spectacular views – but also guarantees peace and tranquility – the perfect setting to get away from it all and open your mind to some solution focused thinking.
Dotted around the grounds are 12 seating areas.
You’ll explore various locations like a 600-million-year-old rock formation with a breathtaking view or our mystical stone folly. There’s also 26 bronze sculptures, an island surrounded by water, and an African-style “breeze house” bar – all inspiring settings.
Take advantage of a change of perspective. Move between the seats. Meet different leaders. Work together to spark ideas and solve problems.

The day starts at 9.30am and finishes at 4.30pm (we’ll provide lunch)
What will the day look like?
To get the most from the day, we’ll ask you to choose three strategic, operational, or developmental topics that you want to discuss.
You’ll do this ahead of the day.
You will then be matched to other business leaders to support and stretch your thinking.
Prepare for surprises as you move between seats – expanding your insights.
Seat assignments and surprises will be revealed closer to the day.
You will be guided by Go M.A.D. Thinking Engineers who will facilitate the day. The aim is to get you to think about your business in a way you have never done before.
