Overview
Empowering your organisation by building a coaching culture has been proven to improve overall effectiveness and performance. At Go M.A.D. thinking we have been delivering coaching skills to 1000’s around the world, in recent months we have built a way to scale our programmes by delivering our techniques through digital platforms.
Assessment Criteria
The Coaching For Leaders app is packed full of our tools and techniques to arm your people with the skills needed to be great coaches. Within the app are assessments that help to qualify the individual’s understanding of specific coaching skills. On positive completion of the assessments, individuals are eligible to receive a Go M.A.D. digital badge.
The digital badges are valid for 12 months from being issued. As we know great coaches seek to continuously improve their coaching skills, as such we encourage those issued with a digital badge to renew their credentials.
Basic

Intermediate
Digital Badge
The Intermediate digital badge demonstrates that the individual has the following coaching skills:

- 7 Key Principles
- Umbrella Goals
- 10 Possibility Areas
Advanced
Digital Badge
The Advanced digital badge demonstrates that the individual has the following coaching skills:
- Thinking Effectiveness Model
- Creative High-Quality Questions
- Qualitative Goals
- Visioning Goals
