4-day Face-to-Face Programme

This 4-day programme has a proven record of increasing productivity and performance, enabling leaders to master the application of the Go M.A.D.® Thinking System to Go Make a Difference in whatever subjects they choose. These typically include personal/career development, projects relating to cost/time savings, coaching/managing teams and improving the quality of meetings.

The programme is based on three of the best-selling books by Andy Gilbert, Founder and developer of the Go M.A.D.® Thinking System: ‘Go MAD – The Art of Making a Difference’, ‘Go M.A.D. about Coaching‘ and ‘‘How to Save Time and Money by Managing Meetings Effectively’‘.

You will be provided with a practical toolkit to approach problems or goals differently and measure the impact. Online learning resources and telephone coaching support will further embed new solution focused habits to enable you to solve problems and achieve goals more easily.

Graduates of this programme acquire a vast toolkit of advanced techniques for a lifetime of enhanced personal effectiveness, confidence and ability to make significant, measurable and lasting impacts in the workplace.

This 4-day live, face-to-face programme is run at the beautiful Go M.A.D. Thinking HQ in Leicestershire.
