A practical, high-impact programme that equips you with the thinking frameworks and conversation skills to unlock performance, clarity, and action in your team.
The Programme
Over four focused 4-hour virtual workshops, you’ll develop a repeatable approach to coaching that works in live leadership situations.
Each session combines:
- Expert input
- Live demonstration
- Breakout practice with your coaching partner
- Facilitated reflection
You’ll learn by doing.
Using proven Go M.A.D. frameworks, you’ll facilitate high-quality coaching conversations—setting clear goals, asking powerful questions that unlock thinking, and embedding coaching as a sustainable leadership habit that creates tangible results.

How You’ll Evidence Your Progress
To showcase your coaching capability and receive your accreditation, you’ll share:
- 1 recorded coaching conversation (video) — demonstrating your use of frameworks, quality of questions, and ability to develop clarity and action in your coachee
- 3 coachee testimonials — capturing the tangible difference your coaching has made to their performance, confidence, or focus
Step 1: Complete Your Online

How long will it take?
120 minutes — work through it at your own pace before your first live workshop.
When do I need to complete it?
Before your first live workshop (see the workshop dates in Step 3).

Workshop 4: Confident Coaching & Accreditation Readiness
Embed the skill and complete your accreditation
The final session consolidates learning and prepares you for accreditation

You’ll be fully prepared to complete your accreditation and coach independently.
