What becomes possible when you bring 100 committed health and care leaders and practitioners into the same room – and ask each one to make a measurable difference within 90 days? We’re about to find out.
This experience brings together difference makers from across Stockport’s neighbourhood health and care system – GPs, care home managers and home care agency leaders, community nurses, commissioners, and technology leaders – with one shared goal:
To deliver measurable improvements in neighbourhood health & care within 90 days.
This is not a conference. It is a working experience where every participant contributes, commits, and leaves with a personal 90-day plan.
