What becomes possible when you bring 100 committed leaders and practitioners into the same room – and ask each one to make a measurable difference within 90 days? We’re about to find out.
This experience brings together committed leaders and practitioners from across Stockport’s neighbourhood care system – GPs, care home managers, community nurses, commissioners, and technology leaders – with one shared goal:
To bring together a group of committed leaders and practitioners to define and deliver measurable improvements in neighbourhood care within 90 days.
This is not a conference. It is a working experience where every participant contributes, commits, and leaves with a personal 90-day plan.

Across Stockport’s neighbourhood care system, brilliant things are already happening. The challenge is that the people doing those brilliant things rarely get into the same room.
