Step 2: What is included in your 90-day Thinking Bigger Better Bolder programme
Days 1 & 2: Learning and applying ThinkOn® tools and techniques
Everyone is capable of thinking in a bigger, better and bolder way. It’s about understanding your thinking and having the tools and techniques at your fingertips to use every day. The principle is simple – if you improve how you think, and the questions you ask, you will achieve better results.
During your programme you will learn and apply two of the ThinkOn® Thinking frameworks. The first will give you insights into how your thinking impacts on you and your achievements. The second will help you identify where to focus your thinking to make the differences you want. You will discover ways to scale your thinking, a method to give you numerous solutions to any problem, and master goal defining techniques that will be applied to your 90-day challenge.
Day 3: 45-day refresher and progress update
A refresher workshop to continually support you to embed sustainable ways of working through applying the ‘Thinking Skills’ methodology, through self, 1:1’s and within teams. This day delivers the opportunity for you to redefine goals, refresh knowledge and address any hindering thinking or assumptions that might be holding back progress.
Day 4: 90-day impact measurement workshop
- To review and celebrate your success of the 90-day challenge and personal impact achievements
- To review and refresh core ThinkOn® thinking skills techniques
- To apply solution focused thinking as a team to a variety of ‘What is hot, What is new, What is on your mind’ common key issues
- To plan and support your next self-managed 90-day challenge
