If you are the person to join us, you will be an experienced designer and facilitator of learning and development solutions which deliver business improvements within large organisations. You will have proven experience of delivering virtually as well as face-to-face.

You will also have the confidence to have great conversations with leaders about their needs and issues and be able to think and design solutions quickly.

The ‘Thinking Engineer’ role

Salary: £45k basic salary, car allowance & team bonus scheme

Full time: 37.5 hours per week and 28 days holiday entitlement

Our Thinking Engineers are responsible for the design and delivery of client solutions using Go M.A.D. Thinking products and programmes. Successful Thinking Engineers will be:

  • Working as an effective team player
  • Designing and delivering blended learning solutions
  • Measuring business impact and gaining client testimonials
  • Obtaining and having right level conversations with leaders
  • Designing and proposing tailored solutions through effective proposals
