OverviewBetter conversations + better thinking = better team productivity |
This is not rocket science! How much time is being wasted in your organisation through unproductive meetings?
In 2020 we concluded a year long research study into how managers and team leaders could most easily improve team productivity. The findings revealed how productivity soared by improving three types of conversation and equipping team members with a shared practical toolkit of solution focused techniques.
The Go M.A.D.® Thinking Frameworks provide structure and flexibility to help people solve problems, ask better questions to improve meetings and make daily interactions more productive.

Programme outcomes:
- £743,000 cost avoidance savings in 2 months (mostly saved through reduced sickness and improved E-rostering to reduce reliance on expensive temporary recruitment agencies).
- All 37 wards showing consistent green compliance achieved within 6 months (Dec 2020-June 2021) *Previous stats showed all were either red/amber and had no improvement consistency.
