Save money and become a licenced partner

Why pay consultants to deliver large scale change, transformation or leadership/management development programmes, when you could do most of it yourself? If you have the right type of people with the right type of attitude and the right type of skills we can train and licence them to use our I.P.

Our mantra of “Anything is a possibility” means we scope and provide so many different types of licence based on our clients needs. These include copyright/registered trademark use; customising/reprinting our books and coaching cards; training trainers to deliver our off-the-shelf and bespoke programmes; providing largescale access to some or all our digital learning content; app customisation and in-house coach accreditation schemes.

How licencing works

The choice is yours!

Step 1: You decide the following:

What would you like us to licence to you? For example: copyright of materials, training programme delivery, use of trademarks, use of online learning content and video library, or other I.P. know how to run an in-house improvement team.
What is the scope of the licence? For example: the number of people to be trained/supported in delivering or accessing a specific range of solutions, any functional, divisional or geographical boundaries, different access levels for different users (this could extend to customers, supply chain or the wider community).
How many people you would like trained as either internal Master Coaches, Continuous Improvement Facilitators, Change Champions or Trainers.
What is the length of the licence?

Step 2: We agree a fair price based on your requirements. This might be a fixed price, a per head fee and/or results based options with a return on investment guarantee if required. If you are interested in supporting our wider vision of being the catalyst for 1000 humanitarian projects, then please let us know so we can offer preferential rates.

Step 3: We draw up and implement the licence by training and supporting your team, transferring or providing access to the I.P. we have agreed.
