Based on our popular book “How to Save Time & Money by Managing Change Effectively” your managers and leaders learn nine practical tools and techniques to immediately apply during the workshop to the key issues and obstacles they are currently facing. Many are immediately resolved and the rest have a clear action planned way forward.
Change Accelerator Workshops can be combined with either regular 60-minute refresher/support sessions or ongoing 30, 60 or 90-day challenges to maintain momentum. Participants receive a comprehensive workbook and access to our online library of tools, techniques and bite-sized learning modules.
