Making a Difference around the world

It is part of our DNA, it even makes up part of our name, but Making A Difference really is a daily occurrence at Go MAD Thinking.

Not only are Light Bulb Moments being continually created through the use of the Go MAD Thinking methodology, but we are also making a difference around the world through our partnership with the B1G1 Business for Good Movement.

Earlier this year we joined forces with B1G1 to embed giving right at the core of what we do. We have aligned a number of our day-to-day business activities to causes that B1G1 supports, all of which are aligned to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Examples of our giving stories include providing 1460 days of access to life-saving clean water to families in Cambodia every time a person attends our 4 day Solution Focused Thinking programme, or when we sell a book through our website we give 5 bricks toward building school classrooms to support education.

The whole Go MAD Thinking team have been involved in selecting the causes and aligning them with our daily activities – we even have one dependant to how many times the sun shines over the Go MAD Thinking office. For that we give 6 days of access to lighting for safe child delivery, a project in Kenya!

To date we have created over 150,000 impacts amongst the causes supported around the world.

To further the impact we can make this Christmas we will be gifting to the tune of the 12 Days of Christmas and supporting B1G1’s Christmas campaign. Check out the video below to find out more.

In the spirit of Christmas, and indeed in line with the Go MAD Thinking approach, we will be involving others and letting our newsletter subscribers dictate just how many bicycles, bricks and vitamin doses of the ’12 days of Christmas’ we donate.
