Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   
   • Open to attendees of Midlands Business Network Expo
   • Participants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Go M.A.D. Thinking and their immediate families are not eligible to
     enter.
2. Entry:
   
   • To enter, complete the online form at https://gomadthinking.com/events/win-a-leadership-passport/
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
   • Entries must be received by 3pm on Tuesday 24th September.
3. Prize:
   
   • The prize is for one Go M.A.D. Leadership Passport.
   • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
4. Draw Date:
   
   • The prize draw will take place on Wedensday 25th September.
   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification:
   
   • The winner will be announced on Wedensday 25th September.
   • The winner will be notified via email or phone.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
6. Passport Details:
   
   • The Leadership Passport is for one leader, and grants their team access to the Catalyst Insights tool (up to 10 team members).
7. Publicity:
   
   • By entering, participants agree to have their name and photograph used in
     promotional material if they win.
8. Data Protection and Marketing:
   
   • Personal data provided during entry will be used for the purposes of the prize
     draw and in accordance with our privacy policy.
   • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Go
     M.A.D. Thinking. Participants can opt-out at any time by contacting info@gomadthinking.com or using
     the unsubscribe link in the communications.
9. General:
   
   • Go M.A.D. Thinking reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and
     these terms and conditions without notice.
   • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Go M.A.D. Thinking is final.
