This isn’t a typical 2-day 'course'!
You’ve achieved a great deal over the past two years and created stability and real momentum. As Newbury enters its next chapter of change, these two days are an opportunity to build on what you’ve achieved, stay focused on what matters most and think differently about how you can positively influence what happens next.
You bring your opportunities (and frustrations), we bring the Thinking architecture for you to Make a Difference!
The workshop is designed to help you:
- Lead yourself and your teams through forthcoming changes
- Solve real challenges (not theoretical ones)
- Stretch your thinking
- Influence the thinking of others
- Leave with something you can apply immediately
The 2-days will also provide the opportunity for you to reinforce your values of Aspiration, Integrity and Respect in the way in which you think and behave.
Day 1 will be introducing you to the Go M.A.D. toolkit and Day 2 will be your opportunity to apply them to your own issues and consider how you will use them following the workshop (either individually or collectively).
At the end of these 2 days, we will each share our thinking about how the learning will be applied over a 60-day period to “Make a Difference” – this can be based on individual issues, or you can pair or group up if it makes sense to work on collective projects or initiatives.
