The Role

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 plus company bonus scheme. Contract salary.

Details: 37.5 hours per week and 28 days holiday entitlement. 

Location: Go M.A.D. Head Office (Nr Loughborough.) Office-based.

Job Summary

Go M.A.D. Thinking has recently expanded it’s operations and is scaling rapidly.

There is opportunity for the right person in this role to be renumerated in line with the growth of the business. Within this new role, we are looking for an individual to take ownership of the role and play a key part of the growth of the business.

The role supports the Digital Operations Manager in the implementation of the company’s digital strategy and operational effectiveness, cover the following core responsibilities:

1. Working as an Effective Team Player

Principal Responsibilities

1. Working as an effective team player (demonstrating our core values)

2. Digital product support

  • Support the Digital Product Owner in the maintenance of Go M.A.D. Thinking’s digital products.
  • Support Digital Team with data input, analysis and report of appropriate data sources from external/internal providers in compliance with current GPDR legalisation.
  • Support Digital Team and wider business in the creation of bespoke materials for internal and external use.

3. Digital marketing support

  • Support the Marketing Manager to monitor and analyse digital marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance using internal CRM systems.
  • Support the Digital Team with the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and tools, recommending new initiatives to enhance our digital presence.

4. Business operations support

  • Support the Office Manager in maintaining operational systems and standards.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing internal/external events, both in-person and virtual, including logistics, registration, and attendee communication.

Key Skills and Competence

  • Ability to work full-time from our office location.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with creative design tools is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and website content management systems.
  • Passion to explore and learn emerging technologies and how they enhance business operations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or internship in operations, marketing, or digital support is desirable.
