How much time should I expect to commit?
The Leadership Passport is flexible, however, we advise that the more time you allocate, the more value you will gain. This includes time for courses, coaching sessions, and applying learnings in your daily work.

Absolutely! Our Team Package is designed to create alignment and drive organisational change. Teams of 10 or more receive additional benefits, including a bespoke programmes.
